Okay... To begin...
I used to watch this show all the time until one faithful day, I began watching Doctor Who, and I was gone...
ANYWAY!! Beautiful colour palette! Your choice of lighting and clouring is brilliant! The lighting suggests the sun rising on a new day. And Deidara is obviously in the mood to blow random junk up!
The tones are extremely soft and smooth, like hot butter. That is a fine quality.
The bird is beautiful. In the manga and Anime, the bird is a uniform white with dark shadows, even in daylight, but you made it shine with an extraordinary array of colours. thw ridges on the wings seems perfect!
The robes, again are usually uniformly black and red. But it too posses a beutiful arangment of colour!
In all honesty... It is almost perfect in every detail... There is not much else to say, but that you did a fantastic job! (And I'm a very tough critic! So that's saying something!

There is one thing that would probably need some work though.
The clouds seem to be in rows instead of at random placements as the actual sky has.
All in all, this is a very gorgeous and inspirational piece of artwork.
