Excellent portrayal of Drocell from Kuroshitsuji. In this picture, not only do pose and posture account for the mood, but the colors and lighting really add a finishing touch.
The title initially catches the viewer's attention. As the viewer, I am curious to know what Drocell has to show...however, because of the "dreary" and "ominous" effects the coloring gives, I can only hope that whatever he's hiding isn't something I should be afraid of. It's inviting and intimidating at the same time, and achieving this effect is not an easy task for artists.
Drocell is not smiling, nor is he frowning. Yet, he begins to take off his glove in a fashion that more than often keeps you there and makes you want to forget about the dangers you are placing yourself in.
Great portrayal of this character. The technique and physical, artistic elements of the piece is outstanding. It's amazing how you used these elements to manipulate emotions.
