I think "losing with grace and daring to win" would sound best but that's not an option

I chose LOSING WITH GRACE AND WINNING WITH COURAGE. The reason i chose this one is because the repetitious use of the word dare and daring disrupts the flow of the sentence. Also both courage and daring are farily synonomus so i think you can get the point you want across by using courage as a substitute.

Boldness and courage are two synonyms of "daring" but not with the same feeling, so maybe knowing the context would be good

Being bold is often used for young people who don't necessarily think without acting, while courage is more of a philosophy where you decided to do your best, not just acted on impulse. Which one is yours

I think what you are trying to express might be more along the lines of

"Ever running the risk of kissing the feet of failure, I would rather lose gracefully and have tried than forever wonder if I could have succeeded had I had more courage. Happiness is only achieve by daring enough to reach for it."
